Authors do not live by the written word alone. They need to eat. They need to eat healthy things. They need to eat yummy healthy things. Hence, I bring you Healthy Peanut Butter Balls:
Equal portions of:
* Healthy peanut butter – all the name brands make a natural peanut butter that you don’t have to stir
* Honey
* Oats
* Dash of cinnamon
* Dash of nutmegHeat and Mix and together on the stove for 5 minutes. Let cool. Using a tablespoon, roll yummy morsels of goodness into balls on greased cookie sheet; chill, then store in a plastic container. Guilt free and oh so yummo.
